Shipping Schedule
Shipping takes place every Tuesday.
The cut-off time is 11:00 am on Tuesdays
Orders will usually arrive at the designated shipping locations no later than Friday of the same week.
Please note that courier service costs have increased by 10%, starting 2 April 2026 due to higher courier, packaging, and labour expenses.
Our rates have remained unchanged since 2020, and this is our first adjustment.
In-Store Collection (Dragontown)
Orders for collection at Dragontown will be ready after 14:00 on the first working day following order placement.
Please note that a working week runs from Monday to Friday.
